Jeannie's Diner: A Classic Breakfast and Brunch Destination in Coldwater, MI

Son and I stopped in for the first time on our way thru town. Everything fabulous! Food in under 10mins, huge portion sizes, I got the veggie omelet with hash browns and toast, son B&G, very fair prices, and our waitress Nikki was FANTASTIC!

A lovely hole in the wall diner. I love their omelettes and pancakes and that they serve breakfast all day. Super great! Lunch is great too. Great burgers. I have visited multiple times. These photos are from various trips.

My husband said the best reuben sandwich he's ever had. Cheeseburger was great, fries and onion rings so fresh and crunchy. Chocolate milkshake was amazing! Service was great and nice quant atmosphere. Took a day date road trip and will definitely be returning!

I have had a few burgers from Jeannie’s now and I can honestly say that it’s a safe choice to go with if you don’t know what else to get. As long as you don’t care how done they are. I’ve never had a bad burger from here, but I couldn’t say that it’s my first choice around here for a burger either. I’ve personally never placed an order with them because my boss usually calls and orders for us, but my boss always says how nice they are to her and they also offer delivery which is super helpful. Not many diners offer that! I can’t give 5 stars solely because I can’t really say that I’ve had somethin from here that’s really stuck out to me flavor wise. The fries and onion rings are good, but I would say the onion rings are better than the fries. If they changed their buns and added more seasoning to the burgers, I think I’d change this to 5 stars. Update: They should have peanut butter pie and brownies available every single day because they are AMAZING!!!!!!

This is exactly the type of hidden gem you see in the movies. Good, HOT, fresh food, attentive waitresses and an adorable atmosphere. Every town needs a diner with egg salad sandwiches. Today I had a cheeseburger with everything and deluxe with onion rings. Hot fresh onion rings are my weakness and they’re everything you dream of. I love a waitress who’s good with drink refills. Topped it off with a chocolate shake to go and a drive around coldwater to look at tulips. Happy spring yall. (Also took pics of the updated menu pricing.)

Classic diner with good service and diner style food. The chicken platter is a no go. The omelets are big, but oddly thin, since they're cooked on a flat top (so they spread out). Very friendly staff. Prices are fine. Breakfast is good. Atmosphere is cool. It's clearly a local favorite.

Diner was packed and we know why, the food was delicious the staff was kind and friendly, we did not have to wait long for a table to open up and as soon as we were ready to leave another family was ready to sit down. For as busy as they were the atmosphere was positive and inviting. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

The restaurant had cute Halloween decorations. It had a good amount of people for breakfast but we did not have to wait. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely worth trying. I wish they were open later or earlier since I work 3rd shift. I feel like they used fresh ingredients in my omlet. The hasbrowns were yummy and perfectly crispy. Definitely a great place for breakfast! I also noticed signs that say they do delivery but I haven't found them on door dash. The restaurant was not loud but not quiet. People were enjoying eachothers company and laughing and eating good yummy food. It was nice.
